Yahoo for April 9-Spring Band Trip Information
Here is some general information for the trip
Friday, April 16th
8:00am-Be at Band Hall, luggage inspection
9:00am-Leave AHS
We will get lunch along the way, bring some money.
4:00pm-Arrive South Padre Island

a few hours of beach time
Evening Activity:Dinner at Louie's Backyard
Saturday, April 17th
7:00am-Depart for Schlitterbahn
7:30 to 9:30 am-all 3 bands perform
We will be changing clothes after we perform, so bring a backpack that you can put clothes for Schlitterbahn in
(swim suit, shorts, shirt, shoes, money, SUNSCREEN, etc)
10am-7 pm-enjoy Schlitterbahn Park
You will get a meal voucher for lunch in the park.
You will need to bring money for any extra food and drink that you might want while in the park.
7:30 to 9:30pm-DJ/Pizza Party at motel
Sunday, April 18th
10 am-Check out
10:30 to 12:30pm-Dolphin Watch Tour
12:45pm-Leave for Austin
We will get lunch along the way, bring money.
8:00pm-Arrive at Anderson
If the bus is running late or early on Sunday, we will notify you on the Yahoo News.
Luggage
Plan to pack a Medium size bag.
You can bring a smaller bag with you on the bus with books, snacks, water bottles, etc.
This will need to fit in the seat with you as we never know about overhead storage until the bus gets there, so plan accordingly.
Pack
casual clothes, swim suits, sleepwear, toiletries, waterproof shoes, etc.
SUNSCREEN.
Concert wear will be Nice jeans, Polo shirts, Brown belt, Tennis shoes.
Money
you will need to have money for lunches on the bus ride to and from South Padre, extra food and drink while in the park and any souvenirs that you might want.
Food
bring snacks and water bottles for the bus ride to and from South Padre.
