(This form is used to give permission every time your student needs to take a band trip...you only need to submit it once a year)

ABBA Expenses
$$$$$$$$$$$$$-ALL expenses must first be approved by ABBA.
ABBA Officers and Committee Chairs will be provided one master copy of our Tax Exempt Form and a master copy of our Expense Reimbursement Form.
Please copy one of each and fill out prior to making your purchase so you don't have to pay sales tax. (we don't reimburse sales tax) These need to be provided with recipts to our Treasurer for reimbursement. Depending upon the purchase, a check can be cut directly if arrangements are made with our Treasurer and Board of Directors ahead of time.
