It’s going to get busy as we push toward UIL! In a separate blast link I will post the Wind Ensemble rehearsal schedule from now to UIL. We have some weird weeks ahead of us with short weeks, orchestra UIL prep, and Hawaii rehearsals so I wanted to get a plan in place for sectionals and rehearsals.

MULCH! We are one month out for our big MULCH push and the time is now to start selling! Our goal is 25 bags per student and we will reach our goal!! Click here to access the mulch Flyer! WHY ARE WE SELLING MULCH? Mulch sales help to pay for Drill ($10,000) Music arrangement ($5,000) Music Licensing ($3,000) Band trailer fees and expenses (~7,000) Clinicians and masterclasses in marching season and throughout the year (~20,000) Guard Instruction (~14,000 for the year), socials, and operating expenses to name a few. When we fundraise our money, we can keep fair share lower. Start talking to neighbors, share our website and flyer through social media and let’s meet our goal!!!!
This weekend the Indoor Drum Line AND Winter Guard will perform at Cedar Park High School! Finalized times will come in the next day or so and I will publish – come support our band family!

Anderson SOLO CONTEST Finals Feb 28 – evening. Mr. Nedley will post individual times.

FULL ORCHESTRA REMINDERS FROM MR. FRAZIER
This week we have rehearsal in the morning but just woodwinds and strings. No brass. Wednesday is our concert day, so I am meeting with everyone before school. We meet again on Friday with everyone. Next week on Monday and Friday, with an additional rehearsal after school (on March 1st). Then the Monday and Tuesday after that (4th and 5th).
