Greetings!
Congratulations to our awesome WINTER GUARD and JAZZ BAND who traveled to competitions yesterday and did an amazing job!! The Winter guard traveled to Hendrickson High School, performing a beautiful version of their show earning 3rd place with a 74.21 and advancing to STATE! Way to go guard! The JAZZ BAND earned a first division at the Temple Jazz Festival with awards going to outstanding musicians Matthew McHorse, Steven Oh, Liam Gompf and Josef Ybarra!

April 2 – WIND ENSEMBLE Full Rehearsal 4:45-6:30pm
April 3-4 – UIL Concert and Sight Reading Contest for Concert Gold, Symphonic, Wind Ensemble
April 9 – FITNESSGRAM
April 11 – MARCHING SHOW REVEAL!!
April 17-19 – Spring Marching Camp 5-7pm We will learn and do a parent show off of the first part of next year’s marching show!
**Wind Ensemble ONLY – After talking with Ms. Szabo, I have shifted the recording session that was going to happen at Round Top on Saturday May 5 to April 20 at the Austin ISD PAC. This creates less conflicts for students that are testing IB and AP for the month of May and still allows us to get a good recording. So NO May 5 festival at Round Top – we will travel to the AISD PAC April 20 instead where there are no IB/AP conflicts.
