GREETINGS Senior Parents, friends and family!
We had our last marching show rehearsal of the year this morning – very bittersweet! We are really looking forward to tonight when we get to honor our seniors and play they show under the Friday night lights for the last time! The kids have worked very hard this week and we are SO thrilled for the opportunity we have tomorrow to shine at US BANDS!!
If you are escorting a senior tonight at halftime, please meet down in the north end zone in the second quarter before halftime. This will give us the opportunity to put you in order. It’s alphabetical, so help us out and head toward your ‘part of the line.’ When your name is called you will walk across the field with your senior.
We will also have the letter jacket presentations in the band hall before we leave. This is always a fun little celebration – parents are more than welcome to join us for this as well. Friends of each senior will give them a little speech as they are presented with their jacket for their 4 years of participation in band. You will want to be in the band hall around 4:30pm.
