Greetings Trojan Band Fans,

Welcome to a new year!  Marching Instruments will be needed every day, and we will do some region music and fundamental work on concert instruments on “A” days.  So Marching instruments every day, and you will have some concert instrument time on B days.

HUGE thank you to those parents that made our summer band camp a bit cooler by bringing us popsicles, ice rags or fruit.  Thank you to Hillcrest Church for bringing frozen fruit the first two weeks!  It really makes a big difference as the kids are marching in the heat!

Rehearsal Schedule now that school is starting:  

Monday evening 5pm-7:30pm BAND and GUARD

Wednesday morning 7:10am-8:40am BAND only (Guard 5-7pm instead of morning)

Thursday morning 7:10-8:40am  FULL BAND

Friday morning 7:10-8:40am  FULL BAND

**There are a couple of exceptions to this schedule and those are all listed on the band calendar online.  Please note those days.**

Catering Volunteers NEEDED!

The catering volunteers feed the band before football games in the cafeteria.  We set up, get the food ready for the kids, check in the students that have purchased a meal and then clean up. We usually start around 3:30 and finish up by 5:00.  It’s a fun group and you get to see most of the kids at a happy time (they re eating!).  CATERING SIGN UP


Each year we honor our very generous Flamingo-ing Donor, Blue Dragon Plumbing, with a yard concert at their house.  It has become a bit of a tradition going on four years now!  It looks like the yard concert will be this coming Saturday at 10am in the Jimenez’s front yard.  It is mandatory for the band – starts at 10am and should be over by 10:30am.  Bring your instrument and stand tunes!
