11:45 Arrive at Kelly Reeves and unload
12:05 Unloaded and ready to move to warm up
12:15 Warm Up
1:00 PERFORM
Feed lunch immediately after performance (about 1:45)
After that we will go back in and watch the afternoon block of bands
4:05 Finals announcement
6:30 the first finalist band performs
*we will feed dinner depending on what we draw if we make finals
9:50 finalist awards
10:15 leave for AHS
