Region Band Auditions this week!
Where: Akins High School, 10701 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78748
THURSDAY NIGHT AUDITIONS – students will be field tripped from the last period of the day, they need to get transportation to and from the audition and eat dinner before hand. Akins dismisses at 4:30 so don’t get there any sooner – but shortly after….check in to your audition room by 5:00PM. Auditions start at 5:30pm. INSTRUMENTS THAT AUDITION THURSDAY NIGHT: Flute, Soprano Clarinet, Trumpet, Percussion, Double Reeds, Alto Sax, French Horn, Bass Trombone, Tubas, Euphoniums
SATURDAY MORNING: Check in to your room at 10am. INSTRUMENTS THAT AUDITION SATURDAY: Everyone that advances from Thursday as well as Tenor Trombone, Bass Clarinet, Tenor Sax, Bari Sax
