Bring everything you will need with you for the day TO SCHOOL!  You will not have a chance to go home…unless your very kind parent brings it to you!

• Blue Coleman Water Jug
• Tan shorts
• Blue AT polo
• White socks (no-show)
• White shoes (bring for the evening, don’t wear them to rehearsal)
• Brown Belt

For the morning rehearsal we will be rehearsing the halftime routine with the Belles, so you will need the Belle Tune for this week which is RUNAWAY BABY.  It is part of your morning rehearsal grade!  Don’t forget it!

At the end of the day, you will not get released from class early.  You have plenty of time to do what you need to after the bell, but you MUST move with a purpose.

1. Go eat your game day meal if you ordered it (go to the cafeteria)
2. Go to the band hall to change.
3. Low Brass – section leaders will inform you how you load your instruments on the truck
4. Report to inspection (you will need your flip folder with stand tunes and your coleman water jug filled with water.
5. Once you pass inspection you need to load the bus.  Your section leaders will tell you where to go.

Parents, we will stay to the end of the game.  Once we have played the school song at the conclusion we will load buses and head back to Anderson.  If you are on the remind text you will get a text when we are 20 minutes out.  PLEASE plan on picking up your student on time.

***The big blue band trailer will need to pull through the lot and back into the loading dock so we ask that you park either along Cima Serena or in a parking space in the faculty lot as you wait for your student.  DO NOT PULL AROUND THE DRIVEWAY and block the drive***

We are looking forward to a great first game!  You guys are going to have a GREAT time and you will love the feeling of performing the show that first time out.  We are proud of the work you have done and look forward to making more progress in rehearsals this week as we head to Thursday!!!!
