- AHS Band Form Acknowledgment – read and sign online
- AHS Band Directory – read and sign online (this is used for the Band Blast, as well)
- Marching Calendar Agreement Form – print and sign
- 2025-26 Medical Release/Private Transportation Form – print and sign
- UIL 8 Hour Agreement – print and sign
- 2025-26 Physical Exam Form – print for doctor to fill out and sign
