Greetings Band Family!
Tomorrow we have registration day. In past years we have had lots of confusion with forms, pictures and getting everything we needed turned in…..and it left us constantly trying to hunt down paperwork in all different directions. Registration day is for everyone in the band and is your one-stop-shop to fill out all paperwork, get parent shirts and polos, purchase pictures, pay fair share or talk to Ms. Gonzalez to develop a payment plan and test drive a Ford.
You will need to bring with you:
- cash, check or card to pay fair share, catering (optional)
- Health Insurance Info for the medical release form
- Returning student try on your marching shoes to make sure they still fit – or you can reorder here
- Students wear sleek, low profile shorts for uniform fitting
You will also be signing a handbook acknowledgment form. To make sure you understand what you are signing, please thoroughly read the BAND HANDBOOK HERE beforehand.
Some individuals received an email regarding physical forms – at this point bands in AISD are not required to provide a physical form for participation.
WHEN DO I SHOW UP?
The band hall will be open for business from 9am-1. This is the first year we are doing this so we tried to develop a bit of a system to help foot traffic and congestion. We are starting some of the uniforms fittings today to also help with congestion. It is highly recommended that you come during these times but if you have a conflict you may come at an alternate time.
