Greetings!
I hope everyone had a wonderful and restful holiday break! There is a lot of information to get out, so to make it more straightforward I split off area audition information and sectional schedules in their own post. Please look through those posts as they apply to you.
For the month of January, our big focus will be starting the spring concert band music and SOLO and ENSEMBLE. Students should all have their selections for solo and ensemble by this point. Solo and Ensemble happens on Saturday, February 18. Please make sure you are working on this music in lessons and practicing ensembles with your group.
DOING SOME CLEANING FOR THE NEW YEAR? Donate your used gently used clothes, housewares and linens to the Anderson Winter Guard Easter Seals Drive. Proceeds from donations will come back to the Winter Guard to offset costs of their season. You may bring items to the band hall at any time – any amount of donations will go a long way!

- PEP Band will play for the Girls’ Basketball game this Friday, Jan 6. Call time is 6:30pm!
- PEP Band will play for the Boys’ Basketball game next Friday, Jan 13
- Region Band Concert and Clinic January 20 and 21
- All City Band January 27 and 28
- MUSICAL January 26, 27, 28, 29
- PEP Band will play for the Girls’ Basketball game January 31
