Solo and Ensemble Information

REMINDERS FOR EVERYONE!

• You must DRESS UP!!!!  Appropriate attire is ‘Sunday Best’ – dress pants or T-length dress or skirt (no jeans, athletic pants or shorts) and a nice shirt with collar.  Ties are great but not required.

• Arrive at least 30 minutes ahead of time to your location.  You will need to get organized, warm up and check in to your room.  You will need to be waiting outside the room 8 minutes prior to your performance time.

SPECIFIC info for the BOWIE PERFORMERS:

• CHECK IN AT YOUR ROOM with the room monitor at least 30 minutes before your performance.  When you check in, make sure the room monitor also has your original copy of the solo and the pink judges sheet.  They should already be at your room and with the monitor.

• Make sure you are at least 8 minutes early to your performing room when you are ready to perform.   You can check in, go warm up, and come back as long as you are ready to perform 8 minutes before.  The CAFETERIA will serve as a warm up room.

• If you have questions tomorrow, Message Mr. Taylor in the BAND APP – he will also be hanging around the rooms in the A hallway as a ‘home base.’ (near A111 or A126)

• There will be concessions in the cafeteria

• Parking – please park in the main lot in front of the school.
