Thursday morning – (late start) rehearsal 7:10am-9:40am for all
Friday morning – rehearsal 7:10-8:40am for all; Friday night game vs. Lehman (AWAY)
SCHEDULE FOR SATURDAY
10am band hall opens up truck will stay loaded from the night before so get there early to unload
Eat a big lunch before you come! We will provide a bus snack for the bus rides to and from San Antonio but make sure you eat a big lunch and bring snacks as well.
11am-12:15 Parking lot rehearsal in bibbers and hats
12:40 Section Leader Inspection
12:45 Full Band Inspection
1:00 LEAVE Anderson, 2 hour drive
3:15 Arrive at Hero’s Stadium in San Antonio
3:30 unload, 4:00 be ready to warm up
4:15-4:45 WARM UP
4:45 Move to stadium
5:00pm PERFORM
6:00pm Prelims ends and exhibition band, UTA Maverick Marching Band Performs
6:15pm DRUM MAJOR RETREAT and finalist bands are announced
DINNER BREAK
Finals begin at 7:30pm and finals retreat happens at 10:45pm.
