Happy Mother’s Day to all of our Band Moms and Grandmas!
Make sure you are practicing for your final! This will also be used to place you into bands for next year! That music went out a couple of weeks ago, and if you need another copy it’s on the front table.
Dr. Hanna from the University of Texas (Director of the Longhorn Band) will be here tomorrow to work with Wind Ensemble!
Spring Concert is Tuesday! Senior recognition – every senior/family will receive one copy of the program in color, everyone else will receive a black and white copy. Thank you SO MUCH to Jill Knobloch for her work on putting these elaborate programs together for us!
Dress for students for Tuesday’s Spring Concert is SUNDAY BEST! No jeans, shorts or T-shirts.
Tuesday call times: Every ensemble will meet in their designated warm up spaces ready ready to begin warm up at 6:15pm. Concert starts at 7pm.
Percussion Concert is Monday, May 20 at 7pm in the Anderson theater.
Graduation Band is MANDATORY for all non-seniors in the wind ensemble and symphonic band. Concert band members are welcome to join as well (you need to talk to Ms. Gonzalez to get music) . May 31 – 4pm performance (Information for buses and call times to come. Dress is Sunday best)
