    More info:
    ·       Plates, utensils and napkins will be provided.
    ·       Please plan on bringing a serving utensil if your dish requires it.  The disposable varieties are great or bring your own with your name on it.   THE BAND STUDENTS WILL BE STARVING AFTER A LONG DAY OF PRACTICE – PLEASE BRING A GENEROUS PORTION! If you can’t attend, please send food for your student to share with their friends!
    • AVOID CASSEROLES and TUBS OF SALADS (i.e. macaroni or potato) – they have not gone over very well in the past and we end up with most of them left over.
PLEASE BE GENEROUS IN YOUR PORTIONS!  The kids are EXTRA HUNGRY after a long day of practice!
  • In order to minimize waste and long lines, please refer to the food suggestions for each grade level.  These have been very popular in past years.
  • As we are still setting up committees, please consider sticking around to help clean up!
