Happy Football Bye Week!!

Enjoy your football Bye evening, band family. It’s a rare break and will be followed immediately by a more intense week than we’ve had so far. It’s about to get super fun, y’all!

ABBA MEETING
Please join us Monday night in the band hall at 7pm for the next ABBA meeting. We will go through what to expect from the Jamboree and the upcoming competitions, including the one that conflicts with the Homecoming Dance. You’ll also get an update from the directors and another opportunity to learn more about the Hawaii trip.

SWAG
The merch team will be at the ABBA meeting to distribute Echoes in Eternity show shirts to those who purchased them. We will also have the yard signs for freshman/new members and those who purchased them.

Anything that doesn’t get picked up on Monday will get sent home with your student on Tuesday.

Note to parents
Some Anderson students raced through the school’s neighborhood after we all returned from the game last Friday. I have no idea if they were band kids but it’s a great opportunity to remind our children what a bad idea this is. It would also be great if you reminded your kids to pick up after themselves when they eat. 😉

Have a great weekend. Rest up …. the heart of marching season will be here and then over before we know it. You won’t want to miss a minute of it.
