Volunteers are the engine of our Trojan Band and Guard machine. It takes more than 50 volunteers to get our students fed, clothed, transported, and onto the field every event. In addition to making life-long friends and getting to enjoy, first-hand, the amazing fun and joy of being part of this journey, we get to be part of something that will be incredibly big in our kids’ lives. Most jobs don’t require any experience, so don’t be shy. If you do happen to have some useful experience, speak up and we’ll help you share your gifts with the community. Don’t miss on being part of the fun!

AISD uses the Voly system to ensure the safety of all students. You must be cleared through this system before volunteering. It only takes a few minutes but it’s important.
If so, we have a job for you! Our videographer’s band member is now a senior which means we’ll need a new Videographer. We are looking for a volunteer to be shown the ropes this year.
See this post for more information!
Do you have a special talent, skill or interest you’d like to share with the band community? We have a long list of opportunities – some seasonal, some year-long commitments – available. Peruse this list to see which are indoors or outdoors, which require in-person engagement and which can be done from home, and which can be done as part of a group or solo. Look for updates in the Band App as opportunities become available for these positions.
