Fair Share Payment Options
Fair Share is the suggested donation by parents/guardians to help Anderson Trojan Band operate at its highest level and offset costs beyond our district allocation.
You can pay the Fair Share in multiple ways: Paid in Full or Installments.
Description
Fair Share is the family’s contribution to our Trojan Band and Guard and is required for a student to march. Many clubs and organizations have a Fair Share to help maintain their programs. We strive to keep it low and our band experience affordable and we are proud that our Fair Share is among the lowest in the region.
Fair Share covers approximately 25% of our operating budget and helps pay for things like uniforms, bus rentals, music, props, and more. Fair share can be paid via credit card or with a check and payment plans are available. Please contact the directors if you are unable to contribute. No student will be left behind because of financial reasons.
There is no tax on the Fair Share payment.
You can pay the Fair Share in multiple ways: Paid in Full ($550) or Installments.
Suggested Installment/Payment Schedule is broken down below:
- 1st payment – 08/01/2026 – $150
- 2nd payment – 10/01/2026 – $150
- 3rd payment – 12/01/2026 – $150
- 4th payment – 02/01/2026 – $100
- Total Amount Paid: $550

Please make checks payable to: Anderson Band Booster Association. Be sure to write your student’s name in the memo.
There are three ways to get checks to us:
- Bring with you on Registration Day (July 24th)
- Send by mail to PO Box 27722, Austin, TX 78755
- Put it in an envelope and Drop in the ABBA Mailbox located in the Band Hall
